Find Your Voice!

Have you ever had a time when you really, really, really wanted to get up in front of a group and speak your mind, or... Have you ever really, really, really wanted to speak to one person, but were afraid?

Maybe it's something else you really want to do, and something holds you back...

This video was posted recently, and it's like a strong shot of pure, inspirational love, and incredible courage. This moved me very deeply, especially at 2:59... and it just builds from there.

What happens in this video seems to be a shining example of what Brene Brown has to say about finding the courage to be vulnerable. To put ourselves out there.  To be ourselves, without shame, without humiliation, and without apology. It's brilliant!
Remember that advice from Eleanor Roosevelt. "Do one thing every day that scares you."

Every time someone stands up and speaks authentically from their authentic voice, the world becomes that much of a better place.

I know you have something to share with the world. Something that is meaningful and earnest, and beautiful.  My wish for you is that through watching this, you will have the courage to do that thing you've been afraid of doing.  And soon.

And tell us about having done it, so w can cheer you on!!
